Excluded Regions: We currently do not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment. We will begin processing the order immediately. All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Order Shipment
You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@nightsection.com. The Shipping Address
- Change of Address: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@nightsection.com or call us at +1(786) 767-5428. Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the address.
- Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided and the product is returned to our store, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
Cancellations

Parcels Damaged in Transit

Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window (typically 13 days max, including handling), please wait an additional 3 days for potential delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Taxes
While we are registered to collect sales tax in Wyoming, we are not currently collecting taxes as we have not yet met the state’s economic threshold. When applicable, sales tax will be calculated at checkout for Wyoming orders.
